In November 2020 La Abacería has opened at Estepona Hotel & Spa Resort. Here you can taste the best Iberian products, local products and delicacies from the north to the south of Spanish gastronomy throughout the year. Dama de Noche

The Dama de Noche Restaurant is the main one in the hotel, it has magnificent facilities with covered outdoor terraces and surrounded by gardens with floral aromas that give meaning to its name. It offers you an experience of international cuisine with natural flavors and avant-garde preparations, where our chef offers a wide variety of breakfasts, lunches and dinners with direct cooking "show cooking" and buffet islands for all tastes.

Nikkei Cuisine Ponja

PONJA is a concept of Nikkei cuisine, Japanese Peruvian fusion, where traditional Japanese food is mixed with Peruvian flavors. Nikkei cuisine is the natural adaptation of Japanese cuisine to Peruvian ingredients, within its legacy are famous Peruvian chefs who have been fundamental in the development of consolidated Peruvian cuisine.
